Where do I get a copy of my filed certificate of incorporation?

If Arabella formed the company, the stamped certificate is in the company's folder in My documents and on the company page alongside the rest of the packet. Otherwise it is wherever the person who filed it put it: a formation service's dashboard, a lawyer's closing binder, or your registered agent, who in Delaware usually submitted the filing and holds the copy the state returned.
What the filed copy looks like
The state's filing stamp in the corner: the date and time delivered, the date and time filed, and the company's file number. The unstamped draft you signed is a different document, and a bank or an investor's lawyer will send it back. The same goes for an LLC's certificate of formation and for a certificate of amendment; each filed document has its own stamped copy.
Ordering one from Delaware
The Division of Corporations sells a certified copy of any filed document for $50 per document plus $2 per page, and a plain copy for $10 for the first page plus $2 for each additional page. Same day and 24-hour service are extra. You order through the Division's document request service or through your registered agent, and the copy comes back by post. A certificate of good standing is a different document, $50 for the short form, and it says the company is current with the state rather than reproducing what was filed.
Other states work the same way, and many show the filed image free on the state business search. Delaware does not, which is why the registered agent is usually the fastest route.
