Incorporation does not require a membership. You pay one charge covering the state filing fee, your first year of registered agent, and our service fee, with no monthly plan, and trademark filings pass through the USPTO fees the same way. Arabella appoints your registered agent in any state as part of the filing and manages it from there, so the address the state and the courts use to reach your company is a staffed one and not your doorstep, and the renewal is one $200 bill a year from us rather than a second account to keep track of. A virtual mailbox for everyday business mail is coming soon.
