For the intangible value I will gain by allowing the Company to use the Materials (as defined below) [and other good and valuable consideration,] the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I irrevocably give the Company my permission, and grant to Company the right [to film, record, and photograph me and/or to use photographs, videos and/or audio recordings I provide to or create for Company, or permit Company to access, copy, republish or capture] Company in accordance with the terms set forth herein (collectively, the “Materials”). I hereby irrevocably grant and license to Company and its affiliates, successors, licensees, partners, agents, and assigns (“Authorized Persons”) the right, but not the obligation, to digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, create derivative works, display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, use, and permit others to use, the Materials[, including my name, image, likeness, appearance, and voice as they appear in the Materials] for any lawful purpose throughout the universe, in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created without any additional royalty, payment, or other compensation to me. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve any Materials in which my likeness appears or any finished product in which the Materials appear or are included, in whole or in part.
